Electric Drive for Thermoplastic Profile Marking

This electric self-propelled road marking machine is designed for applying raised-profile thermoplastic markings. It combines a programmable controller, touchscreen operation and a 48V lithium battery travel system to help operators control the marking pattern and machine movement.

The equipment can form raised profiles and their base line in a single pass. It also supports conventional flat thermoplastic marking with the appropriate setup, allowing contractors to use one machine for different marking tasks.

The electric specification refers to the travel drive. It does not mean that the thermoplastic material is electrically heated.

Main Features

48V Lithium Battery Travel System

A 48V/30Ah lithium battery powers a 48V/550W dual-wheel differential drive motor. Forward and reverse travel, variable speed control and an electronic brake support maneuvering during marking work. The specified maximum climbing capability is 15°.

Programmable Profile Control

The programmable controller and touchscreen allow operators to set profile-forming parameters. Raised-profile shape, height and spacing can be adjusted to suit the required marking pattern.

The listed profile-height adjustment range is 0–10mm. Final settings should follow the project specification and be checked through a trial application.

Raised and Flat Thermoplastic Markings

The machine supports raised-profile marking and conventional flat-line application with the corresponding configuration. Confirm the required marking pattern and applicator setup when requesting a quotation.

Selectable Line Widths

Available marking widths include 150, 200, 300, 400 and 450mm. Applicator selection should match the line width and profile pattern required by the project.

Material and Glass Bead Storage

The machine has a nominal thermoplastic material capacity of 100kg and a 10kg glass bead hopper. Synchronized bead dispensing allows reflective glass beads to be applied during marking.

The listed bead application quantity is 20–30g per linear metre for a 150mm-wide line. Adjustments should be verified against the project requirements and actual application conditions.

Can it apply ordinary flat thermoplastic lines?

Yes, with the appropriate configuration and settings. Please specify whether you need raised-profile markings, flat markings or both.

Are all marking widths included?

Available widths are 150, 200, 300, 400 and 450mm. The supplied applicators and any additional width options must be listed in the quotation.

How long can the battery operate?

Operating time depends on travel speed, gradients, working conditions and battery condition. Request the applicable operating-time information for the confirmed configuration.

Does the listed weight include the battery?

No. The listed machine weight is 220kg excluding the battery. Packed weight and shipping dimensions should be confirmed separately.
