The technical briefing session was held in the formal conference room of Shaanxi Highway Bureau. After finishing the indoor theoretical technical training, to let the engineering management staff of Shaanxi Highway Bureau gain intuitive and in-depth understanding of Lumei’s core construction equipment, our technical team moved the communication session outdoors and carried out real-machine demonstration of mainstream road marking equipment on site.

The first displayed equipment was our classic hand-push thermoplastic road marking machine, the most widely used model for provincial and municipal highway maintenance projects. Our technician demonstrated the whole preheating, feeding and marking operation process on site, and explained key structural designs including stainless steel heating barrel, uniform flow control valve and wear-resistant marking shoe. The participants gathered around the equipment to observe the working state, consulted about the equipment’s continuous marking speed, fuel consumption and adaptability for narrow road sections and ramp markings.
Then the team introduced the large integrated thermoplastic preheater, the core supporting equipment for mass highway construction. The engineer opened the equipment inspection door, explained the internal heating circulation system, temperature constant control module and multi-group discharge pipeline layout in detail, and introduced how the preheater solves the uneven melting problem of thermoplastic road marking paint during large-scale construction, effectively improving marking flatness and construction efficiency for long-distance highway projects. All bureau staff highly recognized the stable heating performance and humanized maintenance design of Lumei’s marking preheating equipment.
