Purchasing a product does not automatically transfer its underlying technology. Similarly, private label production does not by itself grant exclusive distribution rights. Any technology license or regional exclusivity should be agreed separately.

The displayed certification record references GB/T 29490-2013. The current standard is GB/T 29490-2023, effective January 1, 2024.
Buyers should request the latest certificate to confirm the applicable edition, certified scope, validity period and current status. An earlier certificate should retain its original reference rather than be presented as certification to the newer edition.
For overseas cooperation, any product-specific intellectual property assessment should also consider the destination market and intended activity.
